Amica Center transitions career services online for students

To meet the needs of the Bryant community during the coronavirus pandemic, the staff of Bryant’s award-winning Amica Center for Career Education has made all services- from career counseling to mock interviews to the Bryant Career Connection- available online to students anywhere in the world.

Delivering services virtually through a variety of platforms from smartphones to Zoom, “we are speaking with students individually and supporting them directly, face-to face,” says Kevin Gaw, Ph.D., Executive Director of the Amica Center for Career Education. Last week, Gaw reports, the staff conducted 40 career counseling appointments and set up 47 virtual interviews with companies for students.
